Already booked?

You booked direct.
I can still help.

Many families book directly with Disney or Universal before discovering that a travel agent costs nothing extra. Depending on when you booked, you may be able to transfer your reservation to me — and get expert support for everything that comes next.

Can I transfer my booking?

Here's what's possible.

Transfer eligibility depends on where you booked, how recently, and whether a deposit has been paid. Here's a quick breakdown:

✅ You may be eligible if...
Walt Disney World: Booked directly with Disney within the last 30 days and deposit not yet paid in full
Disney Cruise Line: Booked within the last 30 days and no final payment made
Disneyland / Aulani: Similar 30-day window applies — reach out and I'll check your specific booking
Adventures by Disney: May be transferable — contact me with your details
❌ Transfer may not be possible if...
Your booking was made more than 30 days ago
Full payment has already been made
Your booking was made through a third-party site (Expedia, Costco, etc.)
Universal Orlando reservations are generally not transferable — but I can still help with your trip planning and future bookings

Not sure if you qualify? Just reach out — it takes 2 minutes to check and costs nothing to ask.

The transfer process

It's easier than you think.

Transferring your Disney reservation takes a few simple steps. I handle most of it — you just need to provide a couple of details.

01
Reach out to G
Fill out the contact form or message me directly. Share your booking confirmation number and travel dates so I can check eligibility.
02
I confirm eligibility
I'll verify whether your booking qualifies for transfer based on Disney's current policies. Usually confirmed within 24 hours.
03
We complete the paperwork
Disney has a simple transfer authorization form. I'll walk you through it — it takes about 5 minutes and requires your digital signature.
04
You're in good hands
From here on out, I manage your reservation. Price monitoring, planning support, and a direct line to me — right up until you walk through those gates.
Common questions

Things families ask me.

Will Disney change my reservation if I transfer it?
No — your reservation details, resort, dates, and pricing stay exactly the same. The only thing that changes is the travel agent of record on the booking.
What if my booking is more than 30 days old?
A transfer may not be possible, but I can still help you with everything else — dining reservations, park strategy, Lightning Lane planning, and packing tips. Reach out and let's see what I can do.
I booked Universal directly. Can you help?
Universal reservations generally can't be transferred. But I can absolutely help you plan the rest of your trip, assist with future Universal bookings, and make sure you're getting the most out of your visit. Reach out here.
Is there really no cost to transfer or use your services?
Really, truly zero cost. Disney and Universal pay travel agents a commission after your trip. That commission comes from them — not from you. You pay the same price whether you book with me, directly, or not at all.
What if a better Disney promotion comes out after I've booked?
That's exactly why having an agent matters. Once your reservation is transferred, I monitor it for new promotions and automatically apply any discounts that become available before your travel date.

Let's see what I can do for you.

Already booked or not — reach out and let's talk. There's no commitment and no cost. The worst case is you get a free second opinion on your trip.
