Is your planning service really free?
Yes — completely. My services are complimentary. You pay the exact same price as booking directly with Disney or Universal. I'm compensated by the supplier after your trip, so expert concierge planning costs you nothing extra.
Why should I use you instead of booking directly?
Same prices — but with a Diamond Earmarked agent who knows every resort, dining option, and insider trick. You get personalized planning, ongoing support, and someone who genuinely cares about your family's experience from start to finish. No call-center hold music, no generic advice — just real, expert guidance.
What exactly can you do for me?
Everything you want help with — and nothing you don't. Resort selection, package booking, dining reservations, park itinerary strategy, Lightning Lane tips, special occasion planning, airport transfers, and more. The level of involvement is entirely up to you.
How do I get started?
Simply fill out the free quote form or send me a message. I'll reach out within 24 hours and we'll start with a relaxed conversation about your family, your wishlist, and your travel style. No commitment required.
How far in advance should I book?
For Walt Disney World, I recommend 6–12 months out for the best resort and dining availability, especially for spring break, summer, and holidays. Universal Orlando can be planned 3–6 months out. Disney Cruise Line should be booked as early as possible — popular sailings sell out fast. That said, reach out whenever you are and I'll make the most of your timeline.
I already booked directly. Can you still help?
Disney: Bookings made within 30 days and not yet paid in full may be eligible for transfer using Disney's official form. Universal: Transfers aren't typically available, but let's chat — anything is possible when you're working with a Platinum U-Preferred agent. Send me a message and we'll figure out what's possible.
What's the best time of year to visit Disney World?
The least crowded, most affordable times are typically January–February (after the holidays) and late August–September (after schools return). Avoid spring break, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas weeks for lower crowds. I'll help you find the perfect window for your family.
Which Disney Cruise ship should we sail on?
It depends on your family's priorities! The newer Wish-class ships (Wish, Treasure, Destiny) offer the most modern amenities and dining. The Dream-class (Dream, Fantasy) are beloved for their size and variety. The classic ships (Magic, Wonder) have a more intimate feel. The brand new Disney Adventure sails from Singapore. I'll help you match the right ship to your family.
What's included in a Disney Cruise?
Disney cruises include accommodations, most meals (rotational dining restaurants, buffets, room service), kids' clubs, Broadway-style entertainment, pools, and character experiences. Port excursions, specialty dining, spa services, and alcohol are additional. I'll walk you through everything so there are no surprises.
Do you only book Disney and Universal trips?
My specialty is Disney and Universal — Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Orlando, Universal Hollywood, Aulani Hawaii, Disney Cruise Line, and Adventures by Disney. These are the destinations I know inside and out, which is why I focus exclusively on delivering the best possible experience for them.
Do you help with airfare and transportation?
Yes! I can assist with package bookings that include airfare, and I can point you in the right direction for ground transportation, airport transfers, and getting around once you arrive. Just let me know what you need when we chat.
